Paul is a rebel at heart, believing that transformation is not just part of life, it is critical to life. He has lived this philosophy in his personal life and partnership with clients in South Africa, East and West Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
Professionally, Paul has worked from executive strategy level to shopfloor with multinational organisations to help identify and resolve some of the critical culture and people-related issues surrounding business transformation.
In 1996 Paul was a founding member of a local transformational consulting and communications firm, in which his primary role was solution design and implementation for organisational culture transformation initiatives. He has continued with this work to date, in many different industries – including financial, motor manufacturing, creative, FMCG, mining, media and pharmaceutical.
Besides being a challenger who will encourage his clients to view their world through different glasses, Paul is respected for his energetic and realistic approach, and relentless determination to do what works.
His deliverables over his career include high performance culture models and development programmes, performance management training and development, high level strategic workshops, business team facilitation, internal brand and values activation and alignment and internal communication programmes.
